We offer a special package for all residential Interior Design project, all design fees are REFUNDABLE. The flow of Interior Design and Construction are detailed as follow :
有關所有住宅項目，本公司專業設計師提供超值優惠收費，凡客戶委托本公司承造裝修工程，所收取之設計費用將全數退還，簡略如下：
Interior Design Concept

SECTION
1. On-site measurement & Design ideas.
現場度呎及提供設計建議。
2. Layout plan, furniture plan & major design concept.
繪劃單位平面圖、傢俱佈置圖及整個設計大綱。
3. Revise related drawings & Interior Design concept based on client’s request.
根據客方意見修改有關圖紙及設計大綱。

Drawing Production
SECTION
4. Provide Design Fee Contract.
提供設計費合約。
5. Provide colored perspective & sample boards.
繪劃彩色效果圖及有關物料板。
6. Provide construction drawings (Approx. 20-40 Sheets)
繪劃整套施工圖紙（約20-40張）。
7. Provide renovation work quotation.
提供工程造價合約。
On Site Construction

8. Commencement of construction work & site inspection.
展開裝修工程及現場監工。
9. Professional advice for furniture & lighting selection.
陪同客戶選購傢俱及燈飾以配合整體設計。
10. Provide defect list & project completion.
提供執補清單及完成工程。
11. Taking photos by professional photographer for project record.
專業攝影師現場拍照以作存檔。
12. Provide 2 years quality warranty.
提供長達2年之工程保養。
